So, we choose to focus on these popular styles of weight control metrics (calorie and carb counting). Which can help those desiring weight loss by making subtle changes; or those needing to make healthier food choices due to underline health issues, as decreasing carbohydrate can help stabilize blood sugars, improve cardiovascular health, amongst other things.
